Our story

We came to Belize for the soil, and stayed for the people.

Belize Coconut Company began with a simple thesis: the demand for high quality coconut products is outpacing global production, and the place to fix that is right here, on the fertile soil of southeastern Belize, where rainfall, temperature, and community align in a way few places on Earth still do.

What started as a single block of land has grown, year by year, into one of the most ambitious tropical agriculture projects in the region. Every palm has been planted with intention. Every road, reservoir, and ridge has been shaped to last generations.

The land

Tropical soil, shaped by hand.

Well-drained tropical loam soils, a steady rainfall pattern, and proximity to the Caribbean. Our property sits on terrain that coconut palms thrive in.

We farm as long-term stewards of Belizean land, conserving native vegetation, protecting water resources, and building soil health alongside commercial production. Every decision is made with the next thirty years in mind.
